Senior UX Researcher
remberg / Munich
In my current position I am in charge of establishing the UX research function at an ambitious software start-up building an XRM system. My main responsibility is to enable four product squads to conduct user research by providing trainings, templates, and direct support in product discovery and usability testing projects. Establishing an entirely new function in the Product & Engineering team, I am shaping new, cross-functional processes for lean product design while also building the infrastructure for scalable UX research, incl. the introduction of software tools, compliance measures, and participant recruitment processes.
In addition, I continuously work on refining and expanding the Design team‘s library of basic UX artifacts like personas or customer journeys and implemented a new insights management tool that allows our Product Managers to cluster and prioritize user requirements collected by the Customer Success and Sales teams.
